Hope Arnold Family Mediator
Hope became a family mediator after years of working in family law litigation as a paralegal and law clerk. She became a mediator to provide a more constructive approach in helping families going through divorce and separation.
Hope has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kalamazoo College and completed her training as a family mediator through Herzing College.
Mediation Packages
Basic Package $1500
This package typically provides enough time for people in relatively low conflict situations to work out an agreement about parenting, support and basic property division such as deciding what to do with the matrimonial home.
This package includes:
Private intake session for each client
Two joint sessions up to two hours each
Mediation Report and any progress notes
Additional sessions can be purchased as needed
Advanced Package $2500
This package provides additional time for people with a higher degree of conflict and/or more complicated property division. Often lawyers or other professionals are involved to assist with financial disclosures.
This package includes:
Private intake session for each client
Review mediation brief, reports or other documents
Three joint sessions up to two hours each, or two joint sessions up to 3 hours each
Communication with lawyers or other professionals
Mediation report and any progress notes
Additional sessions can be purchased as needed
Custom Package $300 per hour
Some people use mediation to modify prior agreements or to resolve other disputes that are not part of a standard separation or divorce. We can create a custom package based for your situation.
