Basic Package
$1500
This package typically provides enough time for people in relatively low conflict situations to work out an agreement about parenting, support and basic property division such as deciding what to do with the matrimonial home. It is also usually enough time for people to modify prior agreements and parenting plans.
This package includes:
Private intake session for each client
Two joint sessions up to two hours each
Mediation Report and any progress notes
Additional sessions can be purchased as needed
Extended Package
$2500
This package typically provides enough time for people with a higher degree of conflict and/or more complicated property division to work out the terms of a Separation Agreement, Marriage Contact or Cohabitation Agreement. Often lawyers, financial advisors or other professionals are involved to assist with financial disclosures.
This package includes:
Private intake session for each client
Three joint sessions up to two hours each, or two joint sessions up to 3 hours each
Communication with lawyers and reviewing briefs and reports
Mediation Report and any progress notes
Additional sessions can be purchased as needed
Child package
$600 per child
Children can voluntarily participate in mediation if both parents agree to have the child included. A co-mediator who is specially trained in interviewing children will meet with the child twice, once with each parent present, and then bring that feedback back to a joint mediation session.
Children are free to decline participation, share information if they wish, and even speak with the mediator to decide which information they do not wish to be shared. This important process allows children to feel heard in the decisions that will greatly affect them. This can be added to any mediation package.
"Bravery is the choice to show up and listen to another person, be it a loved one or perceived foe, even when it is uncomfortable, painful, or the last thing you want to do."
— Alaric Hutchinson
